Blue Star C.A.F.E

The goal of Lone Star College–Montgomery's Center for the Advancement of Faculty and Staff Excellence (aka Blue Star C.A.F.E.) is to enhance teaching and learning as well as student success through ongoing support and development of the faculty and staff.

Faculty may use this form to schedule the NASH Science Lab, Nursing Labs or computer labs in building B.

Distance Learning courses are provided through Lone Star College-eCollege. Learn more about the many features of the distance learning environment and how it may meet the needs of your learning style and personal schedule.


Advising Resources

Students, staff, parents and faculty are invited to utilize a variety of Student Services references. Choose audio/visual presentations on general topics, select references on Lone Star College System placement and curriculum guidelines, and access external links for support or legislative policy.

Curriculum & Instruction

The Curriculum and Instruction department provides support to and works in collaboration with the Lone Star College System colleges to continually strengthen instruction and related programs and services. Committees are utilized to oversee and develop recommendations regarding all instructional issues. Leadership is provided through the Council of Educational Programs Services (CESD). Opportunity for faculty and staff involvement on numerous committees is available on a regular basis.
