On Thursday, April 3, Lone Star College-Montgomery will host its annual health fair, “Healthier U”.  This event is your opportunity to help us raise scholarship funds for LSC-Montgomery students.

LSC-Montgomery offers comprehensive educational experiences for students preparing for many fields, including those that are health-related, such as Nurses, Physical Therapist Assistants, Biotechnologists, Radiologic Technologists, Certified Nurse Aides and Orthopedic Technologists.  Our programs are growing rapidly and this growth will assist in serving the needs of Montgomery County and surrounding areas.

April 3rd will be a day packed with fun and information for students, employees and community residents.  We invite you to help make this scholarship fund raising event a success. Please consider purchasing a booth for your organization or sponsoring a booth for a non-profit group.  In addition to helping students prepare for the workforce, this is a wonderful opportunity for you to showcase your business and reach out to our community. You may choose from our bronze, silver, gold or platinum levels of support and/or donate to our silent auction. 

Enclosed in this packet is information from prior years and a form for commitment to this year’s health fair. Last year we had over 600 participants and have an even higher goal for attendance this year. The 2007 event raised $20,000 and provided 40 students with $500 scholarships.
