Health and Safety Committee
Health and safety at Lone Star College-Montgomery is everyone’s responsibility. The Health and Safety Committee is a wonderful opportunity for employees and students to become involved. The LSC-Montgomery Health and Safety Committee meets the first Thursday of every month in Room A102 from 11:30-1:00. Guest speakers offer presentations on a variety of topics, safety concerns are identified and upcoming health and safety events are discussed. All employees and students are invited to attend. For additional information please email linda.obrien@lonestar.edu. The Health and Safety Committee offers many training opportunities during the year. Courses include CPR/AED and First Aid, Citizen’s Emergency Response Training (CERT), and Point of Dispensing (POD) to name just a few. This is a growing list. Become involved.
