Clarence Talley - Images from the Motherland
Lone Star College–Montgomery is proud to present the art works of Clarence Tally Images from the Motherland. The exhibit opens February 13th through the 6th of March. The gallery is open daily Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m. The opening reception will be held February 20th at Noon till 2:00 p.m. with an artist presention beginning at 1:00 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. This exhibit is free to our campus and community members.
Clarence Tallley is presenting work from his most recent trips from Ghana and West Africa. "As I traveled the country on an educational and cultural tour, I was struck by the wide spread and wholesale adoption of the Word of God in naming and highlighting Ghanaian businesses."
