GED Preparation
The GED Review course is offered in both English and Spanish.
GED Review classes (not required to register for GED Test) are scheduled periodically in the fall, spring, and summer on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the morning (8:30-11:30AM) and evening (6:30-9:30PM) for a total of fourteen (14) sessions. Tuition is $85 and the book is $20.
GED Test
LSC-Lone Star College–Conroe Center is an official GED Testing Center. The GED (General Educational Development) Certificate is awarded by the Texas Education Agency. http://www.tea.state.tx.us/ged/
To register, bring a valid government-issued ID and a social security card (most cases).
The GED Full Test ($80) and Partial Test ($30) is offered in English (monthly) and Spanish (every other month).
SAT Preparation
The SAT Review course is offered to high school students who would like a thorough review prior to taking the new SAT exam. This course is a collaboration with University of Houston-Downtown, taught at our main campus on HW 242. Please go to the UHD website for course registration, pricing and schedule information. SAT Prep meet Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5 – 8 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 – noon.
