The Colleague Resource Center (Enterprise Application department) is charged with developing and maintaining the Colleague system that supports Lone Star College System's core business processes. That's our official charge. What the OTS team strives for however is much, much more than that. In partnership with staff and administrative leaders, we also research best practices in use of the system, provide guidance and technical support to end-users and implement new modules or enhancements to the system. It is truly a collaborative effort and one in which we take great pride. The OTS team is committed to providing exemplary customer service to employees and students alike.
