Request a Transcript

There are two types of transcripts, those used for general information and those used for official purposes.

Students may request an official stamped and sealed Lone Star College System transcript (free of charge) to be sent to either their address on record or to another educational institution.

Please be sure the following requirements have been satisfied before submitting your request:

• All financial obligations to the college have been satisfied.
• All transcripts from previously attended institutions have been submitted to our college district.
• All obligations to the college library have been satisfied.
• Any student who has a student loan must attend an exit interview when leaving the college in order for an official transcript to be released. For more information on this, check out the Financial Aid website.

Processing Time

It may take up to 3 days to process your transcript request, and up to a week during peak registration and final exam time periods (January, August, and December). Please try to plan ahead to avoid delays.

Requesting a Transcript from Another College or University

Students who have completed course work at previous colleges and universities, may be required to submit an official copy to LSC-Montgomery. >> more

To request a transcript, please contact your school directly and have them send it to the Lone Star College System location that you will be attending:
