LSC-Montgomery Student Ambassadors
The purpose of the Lone Star College-Montgomery Student Ambassadors organization is to:
- Promote all aspects of LSC-Montgomery and the Lone Star College System among future, current, and past students and the community.
- Serve as a liaison between LSC-Montgomery and prospective students.
- Aid, assist and support LSC-Montgomery and the Lone Star College System at public functions, community events, and campus and district-wide events.
Eligibility:
In order to be considered for a Student Ambassador position at LSC-Montgomery, an applicant must:
- Be a student in good standing at LSC-Montgomery.
- Be taking credit classes at LSC-Montgomery toward a degree or planning to transfer to a four-year university.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have a minimum GPA of 2.5.
- Be able to commit 10 hours per month to service activities.
- Be available for bi-weekly meetings from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m.
- Be dependable.
