Checklist for Dual Credit & ExcAdm

Complete the Lone Star College System Admission Application online.

Complete the online Dual Credit / Exceptional Admission Enrollment Guide. It is not necessary for Dual Credit students to complete any quizzes at this time.

Print and complete the Dual Credit / Exceptional Admission Form.

Print and complete the Registration Form.

Obtain test scores for college placement.

Obtain any additional forms your high school may require.

Turn in all of the above to your high school counselor.

I have been informed of the Lone Star College System policies and procedures concerning Dual Credit and/or Exceptional Admission. I understand that I will begin my college education by taking these courses and must abide by the standards set forth in the Lone Star College System catalog. I understand that I must make at least a "C" in my courses in order to continue in the Dual Credit/ExcAdm program.
