There were children in strollers, adults, teenagers -- everybody was running and walking rapidly through the mall, as if the mall would run out of things to sell! It was very interesting to see the selfish behavior of so many people. It was a different experience from those that I have had shopping. I was thinking, “It’s only 5:30 in the morning, and I am in a mall buying stuff.“ That made me laugh! One thing is for sure, Thanksgiving is a day of celebration with family and friends, a day to be grateful for all the things that we have. But the day after Thanksgiving is for shopping—very early. One day is for Thanksgiving and the next day is for sales. The day after Thanksgiving is one day that I will never forget. ✿
