Three-week Mini-mester Starts May 12
Registration for Lone Star College-Montgomery’s summer credit semester begins Monday, March 17. Students may register online, in person or via the phone for any summer session, including a three-week mini-mester that begins Monday, May 12, and ends Friday, May 30. The traditional six-week sessions are June 2-July 8, and July 10-August 14. Four-year university students wanting to take transfer courses this summer can save hundreds of dollars or more per class by attending Lone Star College-Montgomery.
Early registration and advising is recommended for the best choice of classes. Registration and advising hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. For additional registration information, contact to office of student services at (936) 273-7236 or visit Montgomery.LoneStar.edu. Online (http://myrecords.LoneStar.edu) and telephone (281.591.6625) registration is available for students who have completed and submitted an application or enrolled in a credit course at the college during the most recent three semesters, and who meet other criteria.
LSC-Montgomery will offer several “advising extravaganza kick off” events to help current and prospective students get ready for the upcoming semester. These kick-off events include open advising on topics such as graduation/transfer, degree planning, course scheduling, and registration. Dates and times include March 17-18 (9 a.m.-1 p.m. in Building E); March 19 and 25 (11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in Building A, Room 102); and March 27 (11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. in Building C, Room 104).
