Our goal in the Lone Star College - Montgomery Continuing Education Department is to provide programs, courses, training, and services to meet the multiple needs of the community.
We offer customized business training for the small, medium or large business in both technical and soft skills areas.
There are seminars and workshops targeted for the working professional who must fulfill mandatory continuing education hours to hold a licensure or certification. Courses someone to update their skills, programs in workforce to find a new job, and skills training to get a better paying job are all in our workforce program area. ESL courses are for those of you who need to fine-tune your reading, speaking, or writing of English. GED review and GED test is offered to help get you where you want to be.
Then of course some courses are just for fun or to increase your knowledge. Those are leisure courses and we have designed them for every age group to include youth (ages 9 - 18), adult (ages 18 - 49) and the more mature students (ages 50+). And if you really just want to have fun then participate in one of our college sponsored trips abroad.
