The Center for Workforce Excellence programs and courses are the primary vehicle for delivering Lone Star College-Montgomery's training services to area employers and workers. The concept involves a strategic approach focused on professional development, with training programs designed to meet employers' demands for a talented, qualified workforce.
The Center for Workforce Excellence provides solutions to meet your training needs by customizing programs unique to your organizational goals. We work routinely with business and industry experts to deliver the appropriate training that will positively impact your bottom-line.
Workforce Skills Awards are a series of related courses designed to prepare you for employment. The skills you gain can help you build a new career or jumpstart a career change. Upon successful completion of all required courses, a Workforce Skills Award Certificate will be issued. Career salaries range from $7.50 - $25 per hour.
