AV PROVISION
The IT Department has the facilities to lend AV equipment such as Data Projectors, DVD Players, Slide Projectors, Overhead Projectors, Flip Charts, TVs and Video Players. Staff and Faculty that wish to reserve equipment need to contact the helpdesk.
We have several assistance options available to you. You can choose from the following:
CALL US @936.273.7385 - This is the easiest way to contact the Helpdesk. We have a large staff of qualified technicians available to answer your call. This will also save you time since most questions can be answered over the phone.

COME BY OUR OFFICE - Walk-ins are welcome too! We realize it may be more convenient at times to stop by and get help, so our office is centrally located on campus in building A, floor 2, suite A203, convenient to most of Lone Star College–Montgomery.
When you to make a AV request, please have the following information:
- Name (last, first)
- Phone number or on-campus extension
- Office number
- Date Needed (xx/xx/xxxx)
- Date Finished (xx/xx/xxxx)
- Time Needed (xx:xx AM/PM)
- Time Finished
- Equipment Needed (include any accessories you may need)
- Room where equipment will be used
- Building where equipment will be used
- Department (MACE, SHAW, SSPS, BCFL, Facilities, etc.)
Students are also able to reserve this equipment, but their instructor must make the request with the Helpdesk.
You can check the status of your request online.
CONSUMABLES
Staff and Faculty can purchase consumables such as floppy disk and zip disk in the bookstore or through your division. The Technology department does not provide any consumable.
